What bands do you think are glaringly missing from either of these sites?

VENOM is surely missing from both sites.

Cellador

slayer is absent on metal metropolis but i know people either love or hate slayer. voivod, violence and opeth are also mussing

aside from the many death/black metal bands that you guys will most likely never include...

the previouly mentioned Crowbar, Demolition Hammer, Bathory, In Extremo, Crisis, DRI, The Crumbsuckers, etc, etc...

no one expects you guys to have everything. it's impossible.

Godsmack (Get the Faceless album, doesn't have as many "modern" pollutants and is a very rocking album!)
Tool (I suggest starting with Lateralus)

I've been trying to get you to add the third Mk I Journey cd for years; "Next", the best, heaviest, and last from that version of the band. Now I see Saxon has a copy in plastic for trade, I think you should get that from him since you gave good reviews to the other two.

I'd second that nomination for Danzig, at least up until Danzig 4. After that, he dumped the original members and started getting into more Nine Inch Nails-industrial style which I didn't care for. I heard he's getting back to his original style though on the newest releases.

And add The Cult to that list as well.
