That first Living Sacrifice album OWNS!!! For some reason I never could get into their second album - so I never pursued their newer works. Is it any good?

Nonexistent is decent but more death-metal style vocals. The Slayer-like sound on their debut is pretty much gone.Another one you might wanna try is Reborn

ULT would agree with me, the second one.....lost me big time. The music
is just unreal, however, he experimented with some totally lame,
gosh-awful death growl thing, but it’s totally unrecognizable. It
sucked, ruined the whole thing. I actually like Inhabit and Conceived
In Fire is awesome. Ult says Reborn is very good too, but I don't have
that one. But after the first S/T one they went Death/Metalcore, it’s
not really thrash.

Thanks! I might look into "Reborn" then.

But yeah ... I loved that debut. Then when I got "Nonexistent" I tried to like it. I listened to it for months TRYING to like it. Never could. I ended up getting rid of it.

It has to kinda grow on you, considering how killer the debut was.Its not as bad now,as it was then,if you know what I mean.

I'd be interested in hearing it again - just for kicks. I know my taste has changed a lot in the past 10 years.

The Hammering Process is similar in style to Conceived in Fire.It is a good album overall, but I think I like Conceived a little better
