You've never owned "Slide it in"? Top 5 all-time classic albums for me. Coverdale is also one of my top 5 fav vox. And Sykes is top 5 fav gtr. So, if my math is correct, Slide It In is a MONSTER album!!!!

Indeed it was . I love earlier Whitesnake, up until Slip Of The Tongue that is. And it sound like I'll love this one too.

Reb Beach and Doug Aldrich are 2 of my favorite guitarists. What a freakin awesome combo. Coverdale sounds great, my only complaint, no Tommy Aldridge, but I can't have everything.

The only Whitesnake album I have on CD is Slip Of The Tongue. I need to upgrade everything someday. Actually, I have one of the 2CD greatest hits discs, too. Got that at Tower Records's liquidation sale for $4.99. But I do need to upgrade my tapes to CD.

I actually listen to Slip Of The Tongue a lot. "Sailing Ships" and "Judgement Day" are so damn good. I'm on track two of the new disc, and it sounds solid.

I still have it on cassette, but I havent listened to it in years. I remember liking a few songs on it, but on the whole, that pretty much killed my interest in Whitesnake.

Sounds great and it will be my first snake cd as well, I did however see at Rockfest in Cadot, WI.

NP: Royal Hunt - Collison Course

How's that new Royal Hunt Wargod? This is the one that's supposed to be a sequel to Paradox, right?

it sounds pretty good. i only have their self titled album.

I have to toss in that i'm stoked about this album and The Aladdin in Portland is a great place to see a show. They don't have many metal acts there so this is kind of rare.

I'm on my second spin of this album. It's fantastic! Coverdale's voice hasn't aged one bit. He sounds awesome! Man, really liking this one. Definitely a surprise of the year.

Coverdale and Aldrich wrote all the songs, too. I figured Reb Beach would have penned at least one of these.

Slide It In is easily my favorite 'snake album!
