| I think is great band and like 95% of the bands that get mentioned here at Heart of Metal, you need to see this guys live to get the complete picture, I can see why Eyesore and others might feel some of it is filler ( ambient noises and whatnot that litter there albums) but I don't, I think it adds to the over all atmosphere and mood to the album. Maybe the're this generation heavier version of Pink Floyd, IMO I think they are one of the best bands that came out of the 90's and it is nice to see a band make it successfully under their own terms. |

| Tool is amazing. Amazing music, amazin sound, amazing live..... Very unique and that's rare these days. People either love them, or don't care for them. I love 'em. I would imagine they are pretty great while tripping on acid too, but I have never taken acid, so I wouldn't know, only speculating.....  |

| | Meh, as much as I love prog as well as alt, I never was willing to invest the time that this band seems to require to be appreciated. Too much other good stuff out there for me to bother I guess. |
