Brings to mind Bill Durks, who was the "Man with Two Faces". I saw him working a carnival freakshow in the 60's. I saw him interviewed on a TV talk show as well. He had kinda the opposite problem as the pig here. He was married to "The Alligator Woman", seemed like a nice guy.
