| The first I actually owned was an '81 or '83 white Pontiac T1000. A Chevette replica. Except mine had a sweet WET FLOOR SIGN shoved down into the grill, and it had a huge drawing of a pig flying on the doors that read "PIGS FLY WEST." It made no sense, but we were drunk when we drew that and it made sense at the time. Haha. _________________ "Happy people have no stories." —Therapy?

| I drove a Holden down under. Pretty much an Aussie version of a Ford. I also bought an old Datsun that we had to put a liter of oil into every 150 miles. We called it "The Wombatt". When we left, I sold it back to the guy I bought it from for A$200 less. So, I basically rented a car for 3 months for about A$300! Helluva deal! _________________ UNCLE SAXON'S CRAZY CD SELLOFF! |

Not a bad deal i say.
Yes Holden's are great, particuarly for driving to the bottle-o (drive thru store that dispenses alcoholic beverages) to pick up a slab of VB (24 cans of native beer) while blasting the Angels outta the casette deck.
God i sound like a bogan (Australian white trash).....but it's true i'm a living breathing stereotype....and me owning a Holden V6 Sedan is the best example of this. _________________ "...Those tunes ain't an entertainment, their a way to be..."

| Back in 1984, yes I know 1984, I rolled a 1967 Oldsmobile NinetyEight. Metallic torquise, 4 door, power everything (even the trunk), big ole 425 ci engine with automatic for maximum cruisin." This car was such a tank! 27+ feet long and I could at 6'2" lay down in the front or back seat (hell the trunk for that matter)(with the doors closed mind you) and be comfy comfy... |

| When I was in the UK I drove a Vauxhall that leaked gas when in use. No big deal, really, I lived close to the base. That was until someone in front of me tossed a cigarette out their window. Nothing quite like waiting to explode, let me tell you. I bought another $300 crapper the next day. Haha. _________________ "Happy people have no stories." —Therapy?

| | 79 Ford F-150, long bed 302. It had factory sliding back glass, 5 spoke mags, bed rails & the cool toolbox under the side of the bed. I had a kicker box behind the seat with a 100 watt amp & a 6 disc changer wired through the factory 8 track. It was a cool ride. |

| 1973 VW Beetle...canary yellow. I bought it for $1000 and when I sold it I had invested an additional $2000 in parts & labor because it broke down every 3 days...
I think I sold it for $900 |
