Trying to find out the name of a song!

ok this has been driving me crazy for years scratch - there was a song we used to play in high school for our warm up before football games but I have no idea what it is and thought maybe someone on here would know. it sounds kind of white zombieish and was out around '91-93, possibly earlier. it was mostly music with a siren-like sound and a guy saying "hut hut hut hut" and someone singing faintly in the background. I cant remember the lyrics but it almost sounded like another guy was saying "new war/world" and repeating that at the end. and the "hut/hup/?" was repeated throughout the entire song. anyone got ideas? thanx
