Best Metal band that have never have smurfed up!!

Its clearly Overkill they have never ever have releaesed a bad album every album they have done is either a 4 or 5 star metal album even I hear black is extremely good I dont understand why overkill fans yes they did slow but in a good way and that album is heavily underrated. MetallicA should of gone the same road as Overkill in the mid 90's not the wanky pop alternative route.

if you are asking for opinions.. there are many others i would include.

Motorhead & Slayer would be included in my list. two bands that can do no wrong in my book.

Black Sabbath? I'm as big a Sabbath fan as you'll find, but not all their releases are stellar, a few are mediocre at best.

If your speaking of "In Through the Outdoor", I think it's great!

In Through the Outdoor is a fantastic album, a mellower album but a nice album to finish the amazing Zep catalogue. Touches on so many different genre's, including what i would consider AOR.
