First I thought about seeing Manowar, but 70 Euros is way too expense. But a few days later Evile/Warbringer came. And entrance fee was just 15 Euros! So me and a friend went.
It was a very very small club. Attendance was between 50-70. Not sold out, but not empty either. First band was The Gathing from Israel. Never ever heard about them before. However their show was very good. I think they are worth a listen. Sound was okay, could have been better. Afterwards we were in the right mood for Warbringer.
What to say about Warbringer? Looots of energy and huge stage charisma. Everyone chanting Warbringer, Combat Shock! A huge mosh pit on front of me. I got covered in beer. From the pure energy level I think it was the best show I saw since a long time.
Than came Evile. Neither me or my friend ever heard about them before. They didn´t reach the energy level of Warbringer and in the beginning they had some problems. I didn´t like the second song, which was Now Demolition? . But than the band developed more and more energy. In the end it was a very good concert from them, too. People chanting Evile, Evile. However Warbringer did win!
