I spy some dude pulling a record out of a huge cardboard box beneath an oak tree. At first, my brain is still focused on point B and I keep going. Then at the stop sign, the motor begins running upstairs, the proverbial "what if" kicks in, and before I knew it the wife is asking "what's wrong ?...why ya turning around ?" Pulling in front of the house, she elbows me "I knew it" and I just smiled big and bolted over to the box under the tree. The guy who was looking in it as I drive by said there wasn't anything good in there, go figure cause I walked off with 4 groovy scores. "Street Lethal" "Second Heat" and "Live Extreme Volume 1" by Racer X and M.A.R.S Project Driver
SHRED oh yeah (edit) I spent a whole 2 dollars in quarters |
Sweet find, especially the M.A.R.S. project! _________________

I dig that Red Kross album. I use to own it on vinyl. Is that the one with the KISS cover on it?
On the Oz pressing of Get Your Wings, is there any difference between it and the US pressing? _________________

| Original pressing. Includes the lyric booklet. Has a bit of ringwear, but for a forty year old album, it's in great shape.
I also own the later repressing, which looks like this:
Note that it's no longer the "Amboy Dukes featuring Ted Nugent" but rather "Ted Nugent and the Amboy Dukes". I don't think the respressings included the booklet. _________________

| Indeed. Nice collector's piece. I recognize Geezer, Tony and Ian Gillan's signature. Who's the drummer? _________________

| Bill Ward. I'd get Bev Bevan's too since he was on the tour, but I have no idea where to even start looking for that guy. And thank you. _________________ www.deathbythrash.com
