Is this record ever gonna be released here in america? Everyone else in the world has it but us in america that don't want to pay import price. Anyone know the definate release date here in america???

i can make you a copy of mine if you want to hear it. i paid almost $35 for it, so i doubt i'd sell it. even though i'm not extremely crazy about it.

Well i've been enjoying the record thanks to mc666 for sending me a copy til i can get the real thing. I don't know why people aren't liking this, it sound great to me. It has some great song on it like... Ride the Sky, Mindbender, If i only had a Reason and After the Rain. I disagree with ult's comparison and think it's more like a cross between Plastic Green Head and their 1990 s/t. My only complaint is the slightly thin guitar sound.

Plastic Green Head was a thin album and in my opinion this album is a step down from it.

I think Escapi has scrapped plans to release this in the U.S.

I think Escapi has scrapped plans to release this in the U.S.

Last I heard, Escapi was on the verge of going out of business altogether.

I just received my copy in the mail this morning and I'm loving it. I'm not as big a fan-boy of Trouble as maybe some of the other members here and they are a somewhat new-ish discovery for me, but I'm really digging this album. 2 spins already and lots more on the way. I have no qualms about the stoner/retro direction the band went into. The doomier side of theirs works well too, but Simple Mind Condition is fantastic.

For those interested, this will be coming out on vinyl pretty soon, together with Plastic Green Head.

it's a good album, just not a "fantastic" album which is what I was hoping for after the decade long hiatus. But taken on its own terms, there is nothing wrong with it.

Trouble has leaned more towards the "stoner" camp than the "doom" camp since 1990 when the self-titled was released.
