| I usually dont care too much for female vocals in metal but there are a few that pull it off nicely.

| I don't care for female vocals in metal for the most part, but the only one I can think of that I cared for was Nina Llopis. Metal? Maybe not, but definitely punk/hardcore. |

No love for Karen Crisis, eh?
Great lists so far! I'd have to add Nancy Jo Mann from Barnabas (great voice!). I'd throw Johanna from HB in there. She has a very nice voice. Also, the ladies from Asher (CA), even though they don't "sound" very metal, their voices blend well w/ the melodic metal sound of the band. |

| I'm just not a big fan of most female fronted metal bands. I don't care for all that operatic, gothic stuff.

It seems that many don't prefer female vocals in metal. Even back in the day, I was always in the minority with my friends. I loved Chastain and Warlock just as much as Iron Maiden and Judas Priest ... but no one else really was into this stuff like I was.
Nowadays I tend to really be into female fronted bands. I would say out of my top 20 favorite bands - at least 25% of them are female fronted.
I have a lot of respect for females. So naturally, I love them in my metal.
