Nah, had to bail on them, if they had better openers I might still have gone. With VH(Greensboro, 4/21, SATURDAY NIGHT!) & Mastadon now on the schedule I had to trim the fat, so to speak. You going? |

| I have a few planned out so far...
I know Blackguard is coming to another Chicago burb in May, I believe, so I'm definitely going to see them. Then, if I can get off school, Meshuggah and Baroness are playing in Chicago, so I might go to that. And finally, a number of my friends and I are going to Mayhem fest in Chi-town, so that'll be a blast! It'll also be my first festival, so that'll be even more fun!

| I really wanna see the Iced Earth/Symphony X tour in March, but we'll see. I'll definitely be seeing Symphony X in September as they co-headline ProgPower USA XIII fest, along with EPICA. |

Don't let having no metal friends stop you, every good show I've seen was alone! And sometimes you've gotta travel a little, I know the two best shows I've seen were in other states |

| Unlike last year where i saw lots of great bands (Iron Maiden, Blind Guardian, Helloween, W.A.S.P. for example) this year seems to be pretty lame when it comes to Rock/Metal concerts in my area. Only -core bands and basically the only interesting concert (Lamb of God) is on one of those days when i'm at the Sweden Rock Festival (6th - 9th June). At least that festival has a interesting lineup so far |
