I recently had a listen to it and it sounds like Krokus doing UDO covers from their album timebomb, The singer who replaced Marc Storace sounds like Brian Johnson imitating Udo Schneider and Bon Scot simultaneously.

STAMPEDE have some good songs but its far from my fave KROKUS album.
