Kerri Lee Tucker, better known as the "Miss Box Of Junk" girl on VH1 Classic's television program "That Metal Show", was reportedly found dead in her apartment early today. She was 25 years old. No further details are presently available.

Eddie Trunk, who co-hosts "That Metal Show" with Jim Florentine and Don Jamieson, writes on his web site, "Kerri was a great part of the show and we had fun with her on the days we shot. I did not know her well outside of our working relations but she was fun to have as part of 'That Metal Show' in seasons 2 and 3. We featured her prominently in our final skit [see video below] of season 3 which just aired and featured [original KISS drummer] Peter Criss. A fun day at Le Cirque.

"My condolences to her friends, fans and family and she will be missed as an asset to 'That Metal Show'."

I barely ever watch this show and never seen this girl til now. Damn she was hot... Sad to hear the news

I remember her from the few episodes I saw. R.I.P. My guess is it's either a drug overdose or perhaps suicide. Sad either way, unless someway somehow it was natural causes because 25 is too young to go.

Now with the new season of TMS on the air I am getting a whole new round of questions about the late Miss Box Of Junk Keri Leigh Tucker. Some just learned she has passed when they saw the note at the end of the Mustaine show. Others still want answers. You must understand we loved working with her, but did not know her at all outside of the shows we shot with her. When she passed away we were not taping shows at that time. We were told she simply did not wake up after going to sleep one night. She was taken back to her family in Tennesse and that's the last Me, Don or Jim heard. It is up to her family to release details on her death, not us! The Gods honest truth is we do not know how or why she died. It is sad and tragic but we simply do not know. She was great to have in two seasons of TMS and great to work with, but none of us knew her outside of the few days we worked together. As far as how we handled her passing on the show I will tell you in all honesty that it was totally the decision of the network executives. Everyone has bosses and the decision came from above to simply put a brief obituary card at the end of the Mustaine show. If it was up to me we would have discussed it on air, but again, we all answer to someone no matter how hard we fight for something and the truth is we just do not know what happened. She will forever have been an important part of the show and she is missed, but the network made the decision on how to handle her death and casting a replacement. That being said we welcome Jennifer and are enjoying having her on the team this season.

Bet she died of "natural causes." That seems to be the new way to die.
