I'm guessing you meant "I cannot imagine any metalhead NOT loving" either that or "I can imagine any metalhead loving", right?

As far as your digipak issue...welcome to 2009, it's what most labels are turning to.

Which I can't understand because A- most collectors hate them and B- there's no real price difference between digi and jewel case in terms of having them made (based on the label people I've talked to recently, including my own label). A decent digi costs around the same thing as a jewel case pressing.

As usual, Shawn, you are correct...but one label does it and seems to have success with it and everybody else follows suit.

Also, Digi's don't weigh as much as standard jewel cased cds and therefore are cheaper with regard to shipping costs.

I can see the labels saving money having their boxes of finished CD's shipped to them in digi's cuz, as you said, they are lighter...
but most places you order from (Amazon, etc) charge the same for shipping whether its a jewel or digi.

Right...but from a label standpoint, it's about saving money shipping overseas and to distributors and even saving money having it shipped to you from the plant. Of course, if you're able to charge the same for shipping in the process then it's a win win from a business standpoint.

Glad you're usin' a real photo of yourself for your avatar.

I'm loving this disc! This is how heavy metal is supposed to sound. Heavy as all hell, shredding solos, thundering drums, and soaring vocals. The reunion albums didn't do much for me, so for me this is their best album since Too Late for Living. It might just be my favorite Saint album (although Warriors of the Son is almost unbeatable).

I can't wait for this. I love ITB and The Mark and even like CSE. It's different but not bad.

I'm also looking forward to CSE 2.0. Never bothered to check out the original.

You know, I've never heard a single note from Saint.... Don't know why, but honestly never have tried them.

Same here. I've bid on some of their albums on ebay from time to time, mostly based on Ult's reviews and some comments from this board, but never won. Oh well.

Saint is one of the few Christian bands that's as good as their non-Christian counterparts. Warriors of the Son and Too Late for Living are two of my favorite US metal recordings, and Hell Blade is the album Judas Priest have been trying to make after Painkiller.
