I saw an old thread regarding this band in the RIP section, but I got this CD for my birthday yesterday and I think it's awesome. Anyone else a fan of this band?

I'm a fan in the sense that it's on my want-list and I'll have it eventually. I like what I've seen & heard. Just haven't bought the album yet. Maybe after the holidays.

It's on my to-buy list, I absolutely love the 'High Speed GTO' song / video.

I've been meaning to get it for months. Absolutely awesome, hopefully, their debut album will be just as good as their EP.

It's a really good ep. If you guys dig this band you need to check out Holy Grail. Some of the members left White Wizzard to start Holy Grail.

They're too wimpy for my taste. I like my heavy metal raw an' dirty. Otherwise I'd rather listen to some AOR.

The members that are in the band, did they record the EP, or are they recording the album only, and it was the sacked members who recorded the EP? Also, are the two EPs the same just switched around a bit, i.e. a national and then international release or do they contain different members again?

So waitaminute? Lemme see if I got this straight. High Speed GTO is just an ep? And they have a full album called Over the Top in the works, but with different members? Who went and who stayed? And the former members have a new band Holy Grail.

Whew!! That's allot to digest.

I think the only member remaining from the High Speed GTO EP lineup is the bassist?
Anyway, i've preordered the album, so I hope it's good.

I listen to the Over the Top preview tracks, and this still doesn't do it for me. Metal like these fellas play should have a sort of rawness to it imo, and this is just too clean sounding.

Never spent much time listening to this band, but their video rules. Complete throwback...

What's the new album like? Was going to get it but didn't in the end.

The new cd is awesome very old school heavy metal. And so you know Holy Grail and White Wizzard are at words with one another. So there is bad blood between the 2. I have the Holy Grail ep and T-shirt as well although not as strong as White Wizzard is. There also another band that came out of early White Wizzard which is much better but can't think of who it is!
