A long list of NWOBHM albums probably never got an official release on any format besides vinyl.

Tales of Medusa - Triumphant Serenade

Classic heavy/speed/power metal from Canada. This album was released in 2007, and only 100 copies were pressed. All copies were given away for free to people in contact with the band (including yours truly ). I love this album. ToM are probably one of the greatest new oldschool bands to come out of this decade.

If I'm not mistaken:

E-X-E - Stricken By Might (a CD bootleg is out there)
President - Have A Nice Trip
Massive Appendage - The Severed Erection
Bezerker - Lost
Rampage - Veil Of Mourn
Renegade - Total Armageddon
Of Rytes - Without...
Wolfpack - Total Head Removal
Pergament - Vruca Linija
Acid Storm - Biotronic Genesis (actually, I think all their albums were LP only)

Too many to list, really.....

I know, that's why I mentioned the original ep. The original ep only had some of the songs from the concert. The new release came out with new packaging and the rest(?) of the songs. I've got the new Eindhoven release, myself.

I have one demo tape (An Achaean Invocation) and the 7" single (which I got off of Rich from Miskatonic). What other demos do you have? I missed out on the last demo tape unfortunately.

Raven - Mad (EP)

If you wanna get technical, all five of the songs from Raven's MAD were tacked onto the end of Mayhem Records' reissues of STAY HARD, PACK IS BACK and LIFE'S A B*TCH, so at least those songs do exist on CD. But it would be a cool collector's item to have MAD released as a stand-alone disc.

Solar Eagle - Solar Eagle EP
Bone Awl - Meaningless Leaning Mess LP
Hell - Save us from those who would save us 7"
Flames of Hell - Fire and Steel LP (one of the rarest LPs ever)
Leather Nunn - Take the Night

And tons of other NWoBHM and US metal records from the 80s.

A new band, featuring vocalist Bob Mitchell (Attacker), called Sceptor, is releasing their debut on vinyl EP only. You can check them out here:

some obscure thrash from B.C.

WITCHES HAMMER
they released a few demo tapes and a 12" in the 80's, and their reissues and have been only been available on vinyl. come to think of it, i don't think any of their stuff has ever appeared on CD

Witches Hammer were great. I have Stretching to Infinity (or something like that) on LP. Classic thrash all the way. Their guitarplayer Marco later played for Blasphemy.
