| I like them. Yeah, they're a fictitious comedy band but good music is good music. I'll say it like this - as these things go I'd much rather listen to Dethklok than Spinal Tap  |

| I like the cartoon, but I heard some of their stuff on sattellite radio. Not my cuppa tea in the vocals. And like DC said, sorta like Steel Panther of death metal. I think the joke would were thin pretty quick.

| I like 'em, like Sheets said, they have some pretty good stuff, despite being a "joke band". "Metalocalypse" is genuinely funny, excellent biting satire poking fun at the whole metal band shenanigans, akin to "Spinal Tap", but updated. Brendon Small is an excellent musician and composer too, so don't dismiss them too quickly. |
