| Got this idea from the Bruce thread in the other forum. Out of New Jersey's favorite sons - which one do you prefer? Frank Sinatra? Bruce Springsteen? or Jon Bon Jovi? |

| I'm a casual fan of Bruce Springsteen. not a fan of Frank Sinatra. And a pretty big fan of Jon Bon Jovi -- so he gets me vote. |

| I'm from New Jersey and I can't stand any of'em. When it comes to musicians representin' for Tha Jerz I prefer to think of Overkill or the Misfits. _________________ "Boys, set the terror level at code brown, 'cause I need to change my pants." -- President Hathaway, "Monsters vs. Aliens"

| Bruce. At least I've actually owned a record of his in the past. And Atlantic City is a great song IMO. |

| I own quite a few Sinatra discs, been listening to him for as long as I can remember thanks to my father, so he gets the vote. I've only owned Bon Jovi's greatest hits at one point (not anymore) and a dub tape or 2 of Springsteen over the years. _________________ A legend in posting since February 1st, 2007

| I hate them all! Bon Jovi had a couple of decent songs though, so I'll go with him. |

| Glenn Danzig, although Frank, Jon, & Bruce have all probably knocked him out at one point. _________________ |

| Sinatra is a legend (not my kind of music though). The other 2 suck eggs. Moansteen is the worst. |

| For any of you who want to hear Frank at his best, pickup "In the Wee Small Hours" (1955), which deals with his breakup with Ava Gardner. Just find a comfortable place, have a drink near by, and turn the lights down low. Whether it makes you think of a lost love, or that special one your with now, the album hopefully will present Frank in a new light. I got this album about four years ago, and it made quite a lasting impression.
Give it a try... |
