"Street Lethal" is 10 times better than "Second Heat"!!!!

Good call on "Power Metal" and "Thundersteel". Those are really under-appreciated albums although they are classic metal, not hard rock.

MALICE is good stuff too.

Hellz yea for his props to Loudness' LIGHTNING STRIKES... that's a personal fave of mine... and the Vicious Rumors disc(s) too!

Wow, great list!!!

I've always felt that "Thundersteel" and "Power Metal" were completely underrated classics!!!

He said that riffs from Power Metal were used on CFH... I have both albums and do not hear the "borrowed riffs". A couple songs might have a CFH vibe like (Over and Out) but that's about it. That being said, both albums rule.

I also don't hear any borrowed riffs at all.

"Over and Out" was on two albums though with two different singers.

I was speaking of the Phil version. I don't own any of the prior albums.

Some good choices there, at least the ones I know anyway.

Yeah, Matt's a big ol' Metal fan...loves all the classics...he's only a year younger than me, so he grew up at the right time for Metal. Don't let his Metalcore side fool you...he's Classic Metal to the bone.
