Any fans of this album? I believe i may be the only metalhead to consider it as a very good album.

No you're not. It is a good album, just not a Purple album.
Joe Lynn Turner + Ritchie Blackmore = RAINBOW.
"Slaves & Masters" is a Rainbow album that Jon Lord and Ian Paice play on.

Couldn't get into it.
But I really liked "Stranger in Us All" which I don't hear many people praise.

I personally loved 'Slaves and Masters' but Rainbow' Stranger in Us' is a much much better album. An excellent Rainbow more in line with the type of material was doing with Dio then Turner.

it is good, but not as older or newer. listenable and fast forgettable.

I like this album a lot, seems like anytime I bring up this album most people give it a ehhh.

Spec nailed it but since I like JLT singing with Blackmore's playing I enjoy it a lot.
