We did it quick and dirty, just to have something to give to bar owners.

I personally would have not used vibrato so often on the Judas Priest song. Other than that, stellar job man!

Are there bars in Alabama where one can play classic metal covers?

I think (The Hellion) was lacking vibrato... the notes are supposed to ring out longer.

vibrato on the vox or guitars Iordan? If you're saying guitars, I understand but that is just his style. He overplays everything! haha

We're gonna find out if bars are receptive to this but I think they are. We do tons of classic rock/southern rock/hard rock stuff too.

Once we get some good live vids of us playing I'll post em.

He adds stuff all over all these songs we record. Personally I like it but I can see how it doesn't fit the JP covers we do as much as the 70s rock stuff.

I mean, his solo on Highway Star is just phenomenal to me.

I'd like to do an Yngwie cover in this band just to hear him go off. Maybe one day we can add "I'll See the Light Tonight" to the setlist.

I didn't hear any vibrato on the guitar for the intro to Hellion/Electric Eye... it sounded really flat.

I was referring to the vocals. Not that there is anything wrong with it, I'm just not a big fan of this technique.

Good stuff. In a way your vocals remind me of Messiah Marcolin.

Pretty good. I like the Highway Star best. He's guitar tone is great on the solos but sounds like he's playing through a Rockman on the riffing. ....and you do sound like Messiah Marcolin. Smile

I'll take that as a complement because I love Messiah's vox!

I asked him to play through a Marshall on some of it but he wouldn't.

Me like it...

Interesting variation with the footwork (kick drum) on Parasite

I'd say your vocals have improved and are more relaxed... it should help make the next TOB album better.

I did my vocals very quickly on this because it was late at night. I'm gonna take my time with ToB because that's my baby.

I'd say put more balls in it! The vocals are weak. Music is good!
