I likes it after the groove kicked in around 1 30 but man there is some serious Slayer worship here especially in the solos... Also its easier to see the video if you put the embedded code in here/

Killer video. Bruce is in fine form there. Really killer stuff!
I'm thinking of picking up a copy, but I'm not sure I'm 100% sold on the vocals. I think I could get used to them though. I certainly heard (and liked) worse.

I find the vocals easy on the ears for thrash. The music is awesome.
You're right, while I'd like to hear some modern thrash with clean vocals (the closest I've hear yet was Mantic Ritual-and even then only in small doses) this band at leasts offers up different vocals than most of the other modern thrash bands. I definatly hear the Slayer worship in the solos.

EDIT: I see they are the band formerly known as Meltdown. And the album cover had a "death metal" kinda vibe to it. I think it's the spikey, unreadable logo that does it. Well, I guess the old addage of judging a book by the cover applies here.

Yeah, their cover is totally misleading. If you can handle the guy's vocals then it is a rewarding album. I saw them last year when they opened for Destruction. Really cool guys. They did an excellent cover of Venom's Black Metal.

If you like the cleaner vocals you may really like Savage Messiah. I would (vaguely) describe their music as "If Metal Church were a thrash band". Heavy and melodic, although 'mid-paced'.

Hmmmmm that one has potential too, although most of the clips on Amazon are over before the vocals kick in. GRRRRRRRRR!!! I'll have to investigate a little further on that one.

No thanks, downloading mp3's really ain't my thing. I'm old school. I like to have the physical cd in my hands. I did listen to full clips though, so thanks for that.

I definitely need to catch these guys live, they play in Austin semi-regularly.
