I guess I can agree with that, but Twisted is not anywhere as good as their debut, IMO. Green and Distortion are for diehard fans. I enjoyed Russ' Parking Lot Prophets more than I did those last 2 Forbidden albums. |

Agreed. If they took the best post-TiF demos plus the best of Distortion it would've been a good album. "Hypnotized by the Rhythm" is a great song.
FE:
Some left over Flynn riffs/aggression (which are better than ) +
Alvealis's solos (generally better than Calvert, although Calvert is good) +
Russ able to utilize his full range without having to tone it down to go with the times

| I'm really excited for this one.
In my opinion Twisted Into Form is their best, even though probably my favorite songs are from Forbidden Evil. I guess I just prefer Twisted as a whole. |

| TIF is their best album bar none it's leagues ahead of their debut. Infinite alone destroys anything on FE. I never understood the adoration for FE, yeah it's good but TIF is a masterpiece. One of the greatest thrash albums of all time.
Anyway, the cover art is pretty meh but i'm all about the music and if that's solid then I can overlook the shitty cover. |

That's what I thought too. It's an ok cover I guess, but nothing blowing up my skirt. And it looks very slick and computer generated, even if they say it's not. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

| It sounds great! It wouldn't have mattered though, I probably would be buying the album anyway even if it sounded crappy. I've been waiting for this for so damn long! Anyone catching them on tour this year? Evile, Gama Bomb, and Bonded by Blood are touring with them. Even if you're not a big fan of the new wave, that night should be one huge thrashfest! I'll be seeing them for the final show in SF!  |

| I dig it. It's not classic early Forbidden, but to me it sounds like an album that could have naturally come between Twisted Into Form and Distortion, like around 1992.
