no to both. i bought it used on Amazon. i am loving this album, especially the tittle track. |
I'm surprised there are already used copies being sold... unless it was one of those "Demos". |

| Like this album a lot more than the debut. Possibly because of the Down/Crowbar-influence having more prominence. |
