I tried to film the J6 set but got really nacueous from a migraine and had to puke in the parking lot after a few songs but what I heard was pretty cool. Really spacey sounding and jimmy sings with a david bowie sort of vibe...they did a few covers, Kinks is the only one I remember though.

Ill post the song dedicated to tink later this week, the sound might be a little subpar compared to the stuff already posted though.

Yeah totally! I wish we could have rapped for a little longer but no worries, I know you dudes had a long trip back. I loved the new ultimatum track...you guys sounded killer. Ill say the best band on the entire 2 day bill.

They also did a Bowie cover. His band for J6 was basically the Weapons-era Deliverance line-up, save for the drummer. However, even the drummer was formerly of Deliverance. He played on the "As Above..." album.

I heard the whole J6 set. Didn't get to see it as we were following them so I was waiting in the area with our gear to load up. Their set seemed tighter than the "D" set, which was pretty loose. Still enjoyed it though. The guitar jam between Micheal Phillips and George Ochoa at the end was cool.

Knew you were gonna ask that and I cannot remember. Sorry. Think it was something from Ziggy Stardust, but I just can't seem to remember which song.

JVI set was Back From Mars, Human Endeavor, From Here Till Ever, Lucidia, All Day And All Of The Night (Kinks cover) and Ziggy Stardust. It was very tight and having 3 guitars really made it sound cool.

See, I was right, it was from Ziggy Stardust! I agree, the J6 set was tight.

Yep - lots o' fun [broken skull and all!]. And killer meeting all the bros. I did not know the Ulty-guys were bailing after D, so I did not have the chance for farewells. Glad you made it home safely. I will post some pics when Super 8 ships me back my camera [I forgot it in the hotel room].

Ultimatum was the highlight of the w/e. But, J6 impressed the heck outta me. Especially "Lucidia".

Sorry we missed you Uncle Saxon. I had to go back to work on Monday, so we couldn't stick around for Sunday's festivities.

Glad you enjoyed our set. We had a blast.

Sounded like a blast wish I could have been there

I was gonna guess Ziggy since Jimmy recorded that and put that on myspace back in the day when Back From Mars was first released.

Any chance of a live album from this fest?

Maybe the next festival out here in CA will have:

The Crucified
Deliverance
Living Sacrifice
Ultimatum
Tourniquet

Unfortunately I couldn't make it to UFTA 3...
