Any one old enough to remember the joys of the drive-in and the b-movies shown there should love this. This bad boy is only about 5 minutes from my house and I'll have to check this out. This stuff is right up my alley.

I think I may have seen a couple of these in my youth but don't really remember them. Heck,for 10 bucks though,it's worth it.

Ohhh man, that looks like it'd be a blast. Never seen any of the movies on the bill but I'm sure the experience in and of itself would be a total hoot.

I've never actually been to a drive-in. There is one about a half hour from me over the border in NY state (the last one I know of in the area) but I've never gone to a movie there. They show first-run movies just like any other theatre would, though, not "drive-in" kind of movies. I missed out on that era, I guess.

This drive-in does show first run movies (mostly the kiddie fare stuff unfortunately) and do this one weekend a year.I think this is the 3rd year now. That drive-in has been there forever (I saw Star Wars there in it's initial run back in '77) but was closed down for about 15 years or so until it was bought back in the late '90s. It's actually the nearest "theater" to me now.
