| Killer new album out now! Erik Rutan (Hate Eternal, Morbid Angel) really did a good job in producing it. Tons of typical MC styled brutality and great drumming. |

| Just picked it up yesterday. I have to admit I was a little skeptical just b/c I have not played their last one very much--something about it just did not grab me. I think I will play this one a lot more. It is very good (just spun it a couple of times so far though). I would put this just below Eternal and In Cold Blood (in terms of sheer brutality). Outside of their first cd, I think this is the best Brett Hoffman's vocals have sounded. Other than that it is pure MC death metal. Awesome Florida DM.
If you like FL. DM bands (Monstrosity, Brutality, etc) as well as some of the newer BDM bands (Hour of Penance, Unmerciful, Inveracity)--then you will like this cd too. |

They are coming up with less and less innovative riffs that grab your attention. Doomsday X didn't have that many 'memorable' riffs to go along with their brutality.
All of my favorite songs by them are each different from the other (e.g. Supremacy Through Annihilation when compared to Coronation of our domain when compared to Pursuit Revised") |

| Yes, I have the CD now as well. Very much another MC album, no surprises here. Having said that, I tend to forget the songs once I've hit the eject button. I think I prefer Doomsday X. Maybe after a few more listens ... |

| Not to burst anyone's bubble here... but Ten Commandments is where it is at with this band. I know it's now an ancient release considering how many albums they have by now but that is a death metal classic that I always prefer over any of their other releases.
Stillborn and Retribution are pretty good too ... really it's those first three albums that are imo the absolute best MC albums.
