| In the National League: Philadelphia vs. Cincinnati Atlanta vs. San Francisco In the American League: Texas vs. Tampa Bay New York vs. Minnesota Phillies, Yankees and the Rangers have already put one in the WIN column. Phils ace Roy Halladay made history by pitching the 2nd no-hitter (1 lousy walk away from a perfect game) in MLB history in the post-season. I'll be rooting for my Phillies (and working the game Friday). Most talk around town seems to think it's gonna be a re-match with Phills and Yankees in the World Series. I'm personally rooting for Minnesota. Or really anyone other than the Yanks. _________________ A legend in posting since February 1st, 2007

| Normally I would have been rooting for the Reds but after the brawl with STL this year that forced Jason LaRue to retire, I can't root for The Kicking Girls. I guess I'm pulling for the Phils by default. I'm pretty much indifferent to all the rest of the teams in post season except for The Evil Empire and I think Phila stands the best shot of beating them. |

| I think the Phillies are the hottest team in baseball right now. Not counting last night's no-hitter. |

| What a day! I was at Buffalo Wild Wings with some buddies to watch the Rangers. That was great for us, then later I'm out for a run with my head phones on and I hear Halladay throws a no hitter! Very nice start to things. |

| I thought going in the Yankees might be the weakest team but who knows. Even with Sabathia having an off night they pulled took the home field advantage from the Twins. |

Nah, the Kicking Girls are the weakest team. |

| Go Phils! Now that the Reds are done with Halladay then get a dose of Oswalt and then Hamels |

| After today's debacle in Tampa I'm pulling for the Phils even more. I thought Tampa was the best chance in the AL for stopping The Evil Empire but after laying another egg today, I don't see anyone else in the AL beating NY. And I think Phila is by far the strongest NL team so "Go Phils!" *ouch* That was painful. |

| Since the Cardinals completely fell apart after the All-Star break, I really don't have much of a preference as to who wins. I will say I don't want it to be the Reds or the Yankees, but other than that, I guess the Phillies would be my choice. |

| Don't buy championships? How many of the Phils pitchers did they bring through the farm? If you have the money to pay the most why wouldn't you? Or do you want all the teams to be the Nationals? Come to the dark side, we have cookies. |

| I wanted to see a Braves vs. Twins match-up again. Would have been cool, it was the first WS I followed when I was 11, and it has been called the greatest WS of all-time. I want the Braves against the Yanks, with the Braves taking it all. |

| Nice job by the Phillies aces, but I'm starting to worry about their lack of offense. If their pitching lets them down, they're gonna be in some trouble. _________________ A legend in posting since February 1st, 2007
