Exodus - Exhibit B: The Human Condition
vs.
Forbidden - The Omega Wave

We had Flotsam & Jetsam vs. Death Angel a few weeks ago and Death Angel won. We'll pair up the winners of these two battles and see who wins.

Thanks. I noticed that right after I put it up, but you cannot edit polls.

I couldn't listen to all of the Forbidden cd and Exodus was a major let down but far better of the two.

Forbidden.

The latest Exodus isn't as good as the band's previous 3 albums.

I expected a few more votes on this poll. I'll leave it up a few more days and see what happens.

I haven't heard either album. I've lost interest in the Dukes-era Exodus, so it's unlikely that I'll ever hear Exhibit B.

I'm interested in the Forbidden album, but after reading some of the lukewarm comments here, it's being pushed down on the want-list. It's fallen into the "get it eventually" category.

I don't get the lukewarm comments myself. I like the Forbidden album a lot.

I keep hearing people say it has some good songs, some filler songs, some great riffs, some bad riffs, etc., but rarely do I hear people say which songs they don't like. The only song I see as filler is "Chatter", which isn't really a song at all.

I think most people were hoping for Forbidden Evil part 2.While I must admit I would have been happy with that I still like this. Its like a mix of their earlier stuff with a mix of the Distortion era thrown in.I like all their albums including Green but Im just a big ol Forbidden fanboy.I think even the more modern sounding songs are good, especially Swine which gets stuck in your head. That being said my favorite two songs,Adapt or Die and Hopenosis are the ones that sound the most like their old stuff

I enjoyed the Forbidden album. I don't understand all the dislike of it either. So I voted for Forbidden.

I too have heard neither album, but have always preferred the material that Forbidden has come up with to that of Exodus.
But having said that, Pleasures Of The Flesh was/is a all time fave album for me.

my buddy has the new Exodus album. While I dont listen to Exodus anymore, I have to say I was very impressed by it, Gary is still carrying the thrash metal torch.

I'm still getting my ears wet with Omega Wave (is that even a proper phrase?), so I'll give it another day before I vote. But, I enjoyed Exibit B

Ditto.

I prefer their earlier stuff, but I felt like Exhibit B was a killer modern thrash album. The only complaint I have is that I have a hard time remembering songs, but I still dig it.
