| Hey Gang: dunno if any of you are familiar with HubPages, but I've recently started a profile on this blogging site. I've posted a couple of my CD reviews and over time I'm planning to add much more music, movie and comic-related geeky nonsense. If you wanna check it out, my profile can be found here:

Before anybody asks, "FatFreddysCat" is an old alias I used online many moons ago (I eventually lopped off the "Cat" and went with plain ol' "Fat Freddy") but I felt it was time to bring it back.
There are tons of weird blogs/articles on this site about every topic you can possibly think of, so it makes for some interesting (and occasionally hilarious) reading.
Supposedly there's some nonsense involving Google AdSense tied into this site where you can use it to make a few bucks off your writing, but I haven't explored that side of it yet, I just thought it was a neat place to post some of my deranged ramblings. Hope you dig.

More like the members of Killen would hunt me down and kick my ass for bringing them back out into the open, cuz then legions of Euro Metal dorks would be camping on their front lawns and showing up on their doorsteps at all hours of the night asking "Hails! I would die for a Killen tee shirt! Have you anymore copies of the sacred vinyls? I have four now, but only three unopened, ehehehehehe"

No what will happen is that there will be a big reissue campaign, and VH doc will be made with Eddie "Ace once threw up in toliet' Trunk, talking about how it was one long lost metal bands of the 80's |

That would be cool. Maybe they'd invite me onto "That Metal Show" as a guest, since I got the whole Killen ball rolling, and I'd get to punch out all three of the hosts in front of a live studio audience. Well, that's weird. Feel free to try again anytime.
I'm up to three "followers" on this site already (woot!) and after looking around the site a bit I'd say that hard rock/heavy metal content is seriously under-represented on HubPages. I plan to change that!! I'm already noodling around with some other topics/ideas for future articles. I'd like to put up one or two a week (at least for a while) so I can build up a semi-decent body of work.
This is fun! Nice to be able to write stuff without worrying about deadlines, editors chopping my shiz to pieces, or being "assigned" a topic I don't care about/I'm not interested in. It's kinda like having my own blog without actually having to figure out how to start a blog.

Makes me wish I had access to the Way-Bac Machine, or Doc Brown's time-traveling DeLorean. I'd pop back to the Killen gig I saw in 1988, buy up all the crap on their merch table, then come back to the present and make a frickin' mint.
