| Was looking through my metal T-shirts and was wondering how many I have. I counted them and I am at 100, now that'salot of shirts. The one that made it 100 was Vanderbuyst.
How many shirts do you guys have? I think ULT has about or a few more than I do.

| I used to have tons 'n' tons of band t-shirts, but now I have two...both Iron Maiden, oddly enough. One is a BEST OF THE BEAST tee that I bought at a flea market years ago, and I bought the other when I last saw them live on the 2008 "Somewhere Back In Time" tour. Both are starting to look a little raggedy so I may start looking into replacements... _________________ "Boys, set the terror level at code brown, 'cause I need to change my pants." -- President Hathaway, "Monsters vs. Aliens"

| I often wish that I'd been smart enough to buy two of everything back in the day. Most of my collection ended up as rags from wear. Gotta love the thin quality of shirts from the eighties. At least today's shirt have some wear to them. I have a few (Death Angel, Kix, and a Death - Spiritual Healing) that I treat like family heirlooms. Never would wear them and keep them hung up and under plastic covering. |

Why won't you wear them anymore? Interrested in selling some if the size is right!

| I have the following: Megadeth - Peace Sells...But Who's Buying? (which I have on right now) Slayer - South of Heaven Anthrax - Fistful of Metal Testament - Disciples of the Watch Death - Leprosy Kreator - Pleasure to Kill Sacrifice - Soldiers of Misfortune Iron Maiden - Somewhere in Time (the neck on this one is too stretched for me to wear out now, though) Sepultura - Beneath the Remains Megadeth - Rust in Peace Twentieth Anniversary Testament - Canadian Carnage Slayer - Seasons in the Abyss (Forever in the Abyss 2010-11)
There are some bands I would love to own shirts of, but are near impossible to find in new condition, such as Dark Angel, Demolition Hammer, and Devastation (these bands probably don't have any new shirts in print anymore). |

| I probably have about 30 that I wear often, then maybe 10 or 15 that I like but don't wear as often for some reason, a few in the maybe pile, and then about a thousand that I want out of my possession. I should have a post up about in the Metal Market in the next couple of weeks, so if you're interested in some of them, stay tuned!! |

| 20 or so, I think. Newer ones for regular wear, vintage ones just to stay on the shelf and remind me of being younger!
For those who havent discovered it yet, there's a really good site called t-shirt slayer, full of t-shirts and merch from collections all round the world. My shirts are at: http://tshirtslayer.com/user/sutekh |

I won't wear some anymore because either they're either been autographed or sentimental. As for buying, what are you looking for? |

| I have way more Harley and Grateful Dead shirts than metal bands anymore. I gave alot of old christian metal band shirts away befroe moving out of California to kids in the youth group at my old fellowship. I looked "wrong" wearing an 80's sized medium and just having something to have it gets old after awhile. I think I may have about 30 odd metal t shirts ? _________________ |

| I'm going out on a limb and saying about 100+ band shirts and several more regular shirts (many of them sleeveless-I cut off the sleeves so I could wear them as undershirts at work and not get too overheated and to wear them in the summer time). I have almost as much of a obsession with collecting band shirts as I do CDs. |

| I'm currently putting things in order and decided to count my shirts. I only have the number for the music shirts and it's 177. That doesn't include shirts I had that dissapeared on me. Most of those have been missing for many years, however, I got a King Diamond shirt not too long ago that misteriously dissapeared (I'm still a bit upset about that because it was of one of my favorite album covers, "Them"-oh well, maybe next time I can find an Abigail shirt-my favorite KD album).
Edit: non-music shirts are at 40. Making a grand total of 217 shrits (and that's mostly stuff accumulated since 2000). If I ever get a good paying job, there's no telling how big my collection will be by 2020. |

Metallica: Master of Puppets (retired: worn out) Metallica: Damage, Inc. (retired: worn out) Metallica: first five albums (retired: wearing out) Iron Maiden: Somewhere in Time (retired: worn out) Iron Maiden: Live After Death The Cult: Fire Woman Anthrax: Spreading the Disease Queensr˙che: Operation Mindcrime Faith No More: The Real Thing Ozzy Osbourne: Tribute Led Zeppelin: fourth album/wizard TSOL: TSOL (retired: poor stitching) Sepultura (I have no idea what; it was a gift) (retired: I never liked the band) Guns 'n' Roses: Appetite for Destruction bootleg (album cover in red, white, and yellow on a blue shirt) (retired: hard to wash, really ugly, and I went off the band) |

| Hmmm... never counted, but I have a couple Priest, a couple KISS, Firewind, Yngwie, Testament... can't remember the other bands... O yeah, and a few Maiden shirts..... OK, probably around 35 Maiden T's - I buy one or two of the general tour ones and event shirts at every show that they sell them. |

| All I know is that now that I've stopped ebaying my shirt buying has gone way down. Got some great deals over the years (my favorites being a long sleeve Death - Spiritual Healing and an EvilDead Annihilation Of Civilization shirt). |
