Still nothing like Mandylion or the heavier early stuff, but that's to be expected at this point. I absolutely love this band, though, so I think all their more Floydish albums have been fantastic. | i really liked the last guitar oriented album. i hope this one is similar in that aspect anyway. of course, all their albums are good. _________________   |

| I've tried to get into this band but I just can't. When I was in my "female-fronted metal" phase, I bought several of the earlier albums including Mandylion and they just didn't do anything for me. I can appreciate the talents of everyone involved but the music just didn't grab me; too prog or something.

If you're into that kind of stuff, check out Tara Maclean's first album, Silence.

I expected her to be huge. She was on the same label as McLachlan and was getting more and more popular. But after her second album she kind of fell off the face of the earth. Got married, divorced, married again, had kids, and eventually resurfaced in some folky-country-pop band called Shaye.
