OOOOOOOO! I love Tamales! I haven't made those in a few years. YUM! I usually use slow cooked enchilada or red sauced pulled pork. |

I use pulled pork and a homemade chili sauce with ground chile, chile caribe and crushed red chile from a ristra and I let it soak overnight.. |
