OOOOOOOO! I love Tamales! I haven't made those in a few years. YUM! I usually use slow cooked enchilada or red sauced pulled pork.

I use pulled pork and a homemade chili sauce with ground chile, chile caribe and crushed red chile from a ristra and I let it soak overnight..

Tonight: got a Cub Scout meeting so it'll probably be something quick, like hot dogs 'n' tater tots or somethin'.

Thumbs up for the scout thing with your kid. But when I picture you at the meetings, I always imagine a 6'11" man wearing a scout uniform with extra short shorts and socks pulled up to the knees. Am I close to the real thing in my vision?

Laughing very hard I only became a Den Leader recently so I haven't had time to go out and get the "uniform" yet.

It's fun, but tonight is a Pack Meeting (i.e. ALL the kids, not just the individual "dens") and those are always like being trapped in a hurricane of ADHD. Very Happy
