| No, RUNNING WILD and NIGHTMARE AT MAPLE STREET shows a different GIRLSCHOOL, much more melodic. Same with PLAY DIRTY. Just check out the cover, they look a lot more like a melodic band then a real heavy metal band. Still PLAY DIRTY has many great songs. The best albums are the first 3 and GIRLSCHOOL from 1992, a real underrated cd. |

| ' Screaming Blue Murder' is a great disc and great place to start IMO. It is somewhat dated but still a cool disc. |

| I have this comp which covers their career quite nicely... http://www.amazon.com/Collection-Girlschool/dp/B00005NQID/ref=sr_1_9?s=music&ie=UTF8&qid=1309871984&sr=1-9 Disc 1 is awesome. Disc 2 starts out ok, but kinda loses steam mid-way through. A little too glossy and slick for my tastes. Especially when you just listened to the down & dirty disc 1. _________________ A legend in posting since February 1st, 2007

Well, if you can find it at a decent price. I picked up my copy years ago for about $7 bucks. That listing on Amazon has it for $48. Ouch. _________________ A legend in posting since February 1st, 2007
