| The major ISP's have struck a deal with the RIAA and the MPAA to "educate" people who continually access illegal content via their computers.
It's always funny to watch people try to put the horses back in the barn a decade after they bolted loose...

| This doesn't really surprise me, but I also believe it will be just as ineffective. Does this have any effect on the countless proxy servers set up for illegal downloading? No? Well there ya have it: it's treating a symptom, while the source is let to live on. |
