What ONE cd that you own, are you most embarrassed of in front of your metal friends. You have to like it.

i don't have any "metal" friends, so my answer would be: none.

No metal friends mc? You seem like a person that would have a ton of metal friends. What kinda friends do you have? Country?

friends that don't really talk about music, i guess. most of my pals are more sports & work oriented.

My ol' lady had a metal friend once, she kept it in the top dresser drawer It used "D" batteries and made loud noises.

I'm actually not embarrassed by anything in my collection. I'm proud that I own CDs by Sade and Ministry, Bruce Hornsby and Rancid, Vangelis and Black Sabbath, etc, etc.

I don't know if "embarrassed" is the right word, but...

My Fiona Apple cds kinda sticks out like a sore thumb in my mostly hard rock/metal collection. And my friends bust my chops about liking Big Bad Voodoo Daddy.

But I'm too old to give a flying f*ck as to what they or anyone else thinks anymore. Maybe when I was younger I woulda cared. It's my music, not yours.

I have a few but I'm not really embarrassed by them because I like them for some reason or another.

I decided a long time ago I wasn't embarrassed by anything I had in the collection. This came after years of hiding my love of certain things. The things that get the most surprised reaction are the eighties pop records - yes I have two Tiffany CDs, some Debbie Gibson, and my strange love of Roxette (including imports). And I've listened to those things more than I would care to admit.

Id say None and if you aint down for that I got just two words for ya..... oh and a middle finger to boot

Well guys, I don't mean REALLY embarrassed. I don't give a flying flip what anyone thinks of me or my taste in music.

I guess it's more of a figure of speech. Like what album does it seem you 'shouldn't' like - but you do. Know what I mean?

I'm not at all ashamed of my collection and I have a WIDE collection of things. I've got Madonna and Roxette in the mix.

However, it just seems like Kesha doesn't fit in my collection. That's all I'm getting at.

I have a lot of stuff that a lot of metal fans would probably shun. I'm not really embarrassed about any of it and in fact have 99% of it on display in my website.

Keith Green would probably be the furthest from metal and artist many metalheads wouldn't appreciate. I also have CDs from old-school rap artists like Run DMC and S.F.C.

Michael Bolton - Soul Provider probably. I do like it though.

I can't help it, I have a weakness for smooth jazz, sometimes I watch the Weather Channel just for the music.

You can mock me now, if you want.

I'm not into any smooth jazz, but I can't throw any stones when I'm a huge fan of synth pop. I like everything from Depeche Mode to Pet Shop Boys.

I think it's cool to see the 'other' styles of music metal heads who are honest with themselves like. Kinda like showing some ballz if ya know what I mean.
