| Hi can anyone tell me why Ace changed his lineup after the 1988 Second Sighting album?Think he had Todd Howarth in the band then. |

| Rithie Scarlet was in Frehley's Comet prior to Howarth and took his place back ? I think he had legal problems or something. I heard too that Todd and Ace were bickering about musical direction.

| Todd was really into slick, melodic AOR type of Rock...as evidenced by his writing with 707 and songs like "Something Moved" and "Calling To You" (which itself was a re-write of the 707 song "Megaforce")... |

| I'm hoping that some of this info will be in Ace's new autobiography.

| I remember what a long wait it was to hear Frehely's Comet.
was it around 1985 ? - There was a Kerrang cover with Ace hiding his face behind a tshirt, and was a pretty cool interview. Though the article mentioned the whole band did a private performance, record companies only, band was dressed in shiny silver jumpsuits and looked "new wave" which had everyone questioning what they were about? Then maybe it was 1987 Ace finally unmasked, he did the Laney amplifier ad that was in a bunch of guitar and rock magazines?

The real question should be why aren't jumpsuits more popular now? Jumpsuits are glorious garments fit for kings or possibly people who can't be bothered with putting on a shirt AND pants. |

Like Shawn said above earlier, Todd was in 707. I don' think he was in anything "major" after Frehlet's Comet._________________ |
