| Amazing band, one of my fave's! Very underrated and fortunately still going strong today and from what I've heard still sound great!

| Is Kix still releasing albums? Or are they just touring? Cause I've not heard anything recent from Kix. |

| I think they're only playing gigs now.
Brian "Damage" Forsythe is the guitar player for Rhino Bucket these days.
I love Kix; I got 'em all. My favorite is Midnight Dynamite. _________________ "Don't reenact scenes from 'Platoon' with Charlie Sheen."

| Love me some Kix. Got all their stuff, saw'em live a bunch of times in the early 90s and they were an excellent live band too.
I'm with Toho, "Midnite Dynamite" is their best tho I like'em all. _________________ "Boys, set the terror level at code brown, 'cause I need to change my pants." -- President Hathaway, "Monsters vs. Aliens"

| I like 'em well enough. One of the few "hair bands" of that era that I still listen too semi-regularly. The 2 discs I own (Blow My Fuse and Hot Wire) aged much better than some other releases of that time. _________________ A legend in posting since February 1st, 2007

| I LOVE KIX!!! KIX is still around, but they only do a limited number of reunion shows each year (6 to 10), whenever they can get Brian and Ronnie together. Ronnie has his own band (The Blues Vultures) and Brian plays with Rhino Bucket. No KIX recording is planned at this time. Of course, one can still see "KIX" in it's current form, Funny Money (Steve and Jimmy, with Mark Schenker and Dean Cramer), throughout the year. They are local here, and I go see them play many of the local clubs and bars all the time. I believe there is a new Funny Money CD in the works at the moment. I most recently saw KIX back in December, and have seen Funny Money several times this year. |

| I agree with what a lot of you said about Kix albums having staying power.
Sometimes I listen to an old album from the 80s and I must say it hasn't aged well. Not so with Kix. I've only picked up "Blow My Fuse" and "Hot Wire" thus far - but I'm sold on them.
Sounds like I'll need to acquire "Midnight Dynamite" next. |

Hey, there are 3 votes for Midnite Dynamite in this thread. Why not take a chance and get that one? |

| Yeah, but "Blow My Fuse" is INCREDIBLE IMO! You can't go wrong with that one Alex.
I know I need "Midnight", but seriously I have a hard time thinking it will top "Blow My Fuse" (for me personally that is). |

| BMF is my second favorite Kix album but I think it has a decidely more "commercial" vibe to it than MD. _________________ "Don't reenact scenes from 'Platoon' with Charlie Sheen."

I've got at least 3 Funny Money discs as well but I don't think the songwriting is up the the standard of Kix. They're OK but not frequent spinners. |

| I would also agree that "Midnight Dynamite" is Kix best album. As good as "Blow My Fuse" is, MD is the better of the two. |
