| Fantastic. One of the better new prog bands to come out in the past few years. Love them!
New Leprous album is coming, too. _________________ "Happy people have no stories" —Therapy? Shock Totem | The Eyesore Times | Getcha Rocks Off |

| Also, The Tangent have a new one coming out. Not sure if you've heard them before, but they're great as well.
Way more prog-rock than metal, though. _________________ "Happy people have no stories" —Therapy? Shock Totem | The Eyesore Times | Getcha Rocks Off |

Someone from Van der Graf Generator is in that band, correct? |

| I thought the first Haken album was great and the new one is rumored to leave Aquarius in the dust... _________________ |

| I checked out a bunch of songs from Aquarius on YouTube, and I really like what I've heard of Haken. I might have to get this album when it's released. |

| The last album was my favourite release of 2010, so needless to say, I am really looking forward to getting this one. |

Knight Area I have been aware of for some time, and while I appreciate the talent and the music, they have not clicked with me. Perhaps I need to keep checking them out online.
Honestly, never heard of Magenta? Will search them out as well.
Btw, picked up the Jolly - Audio Guide To Happiness Part 1 alongside the Haken. I know Jolly does not break any new ground, but I do like everything I have heard from them. |

| Magenta is a bit different. Kinda like Kingfisher Sky, I guess. Female vocals. Mellow prog. Similar to latter day The Gathering, too.
Knight Area is also more on the prog rock side. I dig 'em, though. Apparently the new album, from what I've read, is heavier than their others. _________________ "Happy people have no stories" —Therapy? Shock Totem | The Eyesore Times | Getcha Rocks Off |

| Not to get too far off topic, but this Laser's Edge is a reputable site? I was poking around on there and a few items caught my eye. _________________ A legend in posting since February 1st, 2007

Oh yeah, definitely. Laser's Edge encompasses a couple labels. All owned by the same guy, Ken Golden, but each focusing on different styles of prog. Metal fans likely know Sensory Records more than the other two. But yeah, you'll have no problems with them. _________________ "Happy people have no stories" —Therapy? Yes. I agree with Ken (Eyesore). Dealt with the store for years and NEVER had an issue. Only problem I have ever had was seeing how much of my money they take . Also agree that the two labels the site/Ken runs - Sensory and Lasers Edge put out quality music. |

| There's the Free Electric Sound label, too. Few releases on that one, but some solid bands. What I have of At War With Self and Morglbl is great. And the Sean Malone CD is great, too.
He also did that Sensory Dark label, too, but only released that SpiRitual disc under that one. _________________ "Happy people have no stories" —Therapy? Shock Totem | The Eyesore Times | Getcha Rocks Off |

| Perhaps it has to do with my obsession with Aquarius, and the fact that there seems to be a TON of other music that is filling my speakers, but this Haken has not been as immediate with me. Watch it be a sleeper, and turn out to be my favourite of 2011 . |
