| Got this today. I did not listen to any of this online (even this thread) to keep the suspense up as Tall Poppy Syndrome was such a trippy, cool record that grew on me exponentially; and all the advance reviews said this was a superior record; I wanted to experience the whole cd as a whole.
Wow. This is better on every aspect. Better playing, better songs, better production. And I know that this will still grow on me. Colour me impressed.
On a side note, Leprous is Ihsahn's live band. |

I will come out and say I am a Pride of Lions fanboy and think Toby has one of the best voices out there. I have always wondered hat he could do if he had an album to really rock on and Mercury Down does just that. I think it is really really good._________________ |
