Dude, you can beat around the bush till forever, but the truth is, Pantera and MH were the main culprits in this. It is not debatable, just the simple fact - accept it or ignore it, it doesn't change.
Oh, and by the way, Twisted Into Form and The Years of Decay are 100% classic thrash albums throughout. I cannot think of a single groove second on either, honestly
