| The new Iron Savior album, The Landing, is out. Haven't heard any songs yet, but read some reviews, and it seems that this album is very good. Can't wait to get it  |

| My brother sent me a copy, haven't listened to it yet. I've actually started listening to more power metal lately, do they qualify?? Believe it or not I've never heard of them!! I assume it's power metal, that's all he listens to. |

It is much better than Battering Ram and also quite a bit better than Megatropolis.

I wouldn't say boring, but lackluster would qualify.  At least compared to their first 5 or 6 albums. My favorite IS album is still UNIFICATION! |

| Haven't heard anything from this band since BATTERING RAM which was what, two or three albums ago?
Still love their first album and the INTERLUDE EP but after that they got a little "same ol' same ol'" for me.

Battering Ram, then Megatropolis, and vocalist.guitarist Piet Sielck has also been busy in between IS albums with his Savage Circus side project. Yeah, those early discs were magical indeed! Piet Sielck and Kai Hansen are old friends from Hamburg and great musical collaborators, as well! |

| Admittedly, I never really followed Iron Savior. I've heard a few songs before, of course, liked them well enough, just never took the time to explore their discography. They sort of fell through the cracks for me somehow. But I liked this one. It's nothing revolutionary or wildly original, just some straight-up fun and catchy power-metal. I'm kind of a sucker for German power and speed metal, so no surprise that I like this.
I can't say how it compares to any of their previous albums or anything, but this clueless newbie enjoyed it. Take that for what it's worth, I suppose. |

It wasn't a great album, but it was still an improvement over the abysmal Battering Ram. |
