Anyone know a more current program I can use to create my website? It'll have to be able to transfer the pages already made on FrontPage.

Its a program you install on your machine. You can buy it but there is also a free version that has less features.

Fusion has an import from HTML feature but it is less than stellar in the results.

The best way to get content from HTML is via copy/paste. Set up a site in Fusion then just copy/paste the content from the live web site directly into Fusion. It does not take much time to do this and an average 10 page web site can be completed in half an hour.
