PostSubject: T Shirts   Sat May 19, 2012 12:36 am

Since I was running out of room in my closet I decided to go through my t shirts today. We bought those vacuum bags a few weeks ago and I figured I'd take some shirts and throw the ones I can't wear (because they shrunk Wink ) in them. So heres what I have.

No actually that one is a keeper. Most of them are except for some of the older ones that I used to put in the dryer. It also wouldn't hurt if I lost some weight again lol

Awesome! That is a rare shirt and it was hard to get - someone got there early, bought a trash bag full of that one and quickly put them on ebay for $175 each.........

LOL!!!!!
I know a LOT of people who were pissed about that. They only made 1000 of them and someone bought almost all of them so the only way to get them was on ebay. It really pisses me off that the venues lets people buy that many (I see it happen a lot!). I will give MSG some credit - in 2010, they stopped people from buying 100 at a time.

I wouldn't even think of doing that. It just makes you think really. How many people that have tickets to concerts of bands we love just get tickets to do this kind of smurf poo and not even go to the show.

Too may people do that. There are people that are part if the Iron Maiden Fan club that NEVER go to shows and only use it for early access to tickets and fan club stuff to buy an sell on ebay. I had some douche bag in the fan club do that to me on a meet and greet I planed - we made up t-shirts, emailed me saying that he was going to be late to the meet up and wanted to know if I could mail him the shirt (he paying shipping of course along with the shirt was only sold at cost, not trying to make money off it!). And I did. And months later the shirt that I had printed up was on ebay for $175!!!!! I was f*&king pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Of course, that was posted on the iron maiden forum and everyone now has a warning about what happens if you trade with that guy. Lots of people stopped trading with him after that.

I'm still pissed about it and I'm not making t shirts for the meet and greet I am helping with for the DC show because I don't want some douche bag pulling that again!
