This one? It's "Draw the Line" 1978. Great album. Cool cover. I have it on vinyl and CD. Took me forever to find a near mint copy on vinyl. Most copies I saw were tore up and dirty. I guess white is hard to keep clean. There are versions with the Aerosmith logo at the top in black as well. I like the version here with just the line drawing.

No, all the vinyl copies are backwards, as far as I know. That's one I have yet to re-buy on vinyl. Keeping an eye out for a pristine copy.


My copy is pretty good. It has a few imperfections on the sleeve, worn a bit on the bottom left corner and a few crease marks, the inside has the paper liner notes in excellent condition and the vinyl itself is used, but clean.... not skips.

I've been going throuh my many metal wallpapers and have found some awesome album covers (many from bands I've never heard of before):







Sorry about the size of the first one (there were no smaller versions being as they are not very well known especially to me).

I can't speak for everyone else but I'm just posting covers that I think are the best artwork, not nessecarily (sic) the best album. As I said at the beginning most of those bands (Graveworm, Ancient Curse, Grimforce, Evereve, Ancestral, Dark Moor, and Catamenia). I was under the impression that this thread was about album covers and album covers alone.

I'm sorry I didn't read your post clearly. I thought you were saying the albums themselves were crap. Joking aside everyone has different opinions on what is good art and what is not. Some rich people buy paintings that I think are God aful but they are considered high quality.

OK, I've been wanting to post pics of groups who had a string of albums (2 to 4)
with neat covers that just seem to go together as a set. Sometimes, one or two
of the albums in the set weren't the bands' best effort, nor a particular favorite
of mine, but the cover still seemed to go with the others visually/thematically/chronologically,
so I included them to round out the set.

LOL @ trog! Lots of good stuff. Iron Maiden and Molly Hatchet have some
SICK artwork. Judas Priest as well. There stuff looked computer
animated...only way before that kind of software existed. Killer!
