| Another long time favorite of mine is Flotsam & Jetsam. This band has never gotten a fair shake in the music biz, but have played great thrashy metal for over 20 years. They have fallen victim to the MCA Records curse (the label where bands go to die in non-promotional purgatory) and are best known as being Jason Newsted's old band. But this is a band that does not deserve to be overlooked.
Surely there are fans of this band on this board.
What is your favorite album of theirs?
Mine is When The Storm Comes Down. I think that album is an unrecognized thrash classic. But there isn't a turd in the bunch. |

| I voted for High, but they're all good. They don't seem to get the recognition they deserve and will probably be better known as that Newsted kid's old band. |

| I picked Cuatro. It was my first introduction to these guys and is one of my all time favorite albums. Doomsday... would be almost neck to neck with it. Cuatro is one of metal's most underrated albums IMO. Favorite songs include: Hypodermic Midnight Snack, Natural Enemies, Double Zero, and Swating At Flies. |

| No Place for Disgrace. Doomsday is also a clbungholeic! This band deserves more attention!!!! I guess you`ve got a good point Spectrefate, they are not promoted very well. But noone stays in purgatory forever, so maybe there is hope??  |

Exactly!!! Especially some lyrics, for example Metalshock, Iron Tears, USLW ... while the NPFD is excellent on both counts!!! |
