Someone brought this topic up on another board I frequent... ever seen 2 albums by two different bands/artists that have the same cover art? Here are two examples:

On a side note, my brother was good friends with the Revenant guys (they were from Jersey) and their album came out a year or two prior to the Plant CD... they thought it was rather funny that Plant used the same photo. What are the odds that an obscure death/thrash metal band that only released one album would ever have something in common with the mighty Robert Plant, eh?

Any other examples of this strange phenomenon out there??

On a somewhat related note, does anyone remember an obscure NWOBHM band called Blade Runner? The cover art for their debut album (titled Hunted) was going to be used for a Savage album, but in it's unfinished version, logos were switched and Blade Runner got it instead.
